Fletcher Allen Health Care has leased 4,200 square feet of office space in the Wells-Richardson Building in Burlington from Coburn, Cooper and Feeley LLC. Bill Kiendl of V/T Commercial represented the landlord.

Tony Blake of V/T Commercial announced that the U.S. Army Company Command Office has signed a lease with Judge Properties at 100 Dorset St. in South Burlington. Blake assisted both parties.

Duncan S. Harris of Redstone represented Avatar Energy LLC in leasing 1,875 square feet at 12 Gregory Drive in South Burlington. Jeff Nick and Nick Grimley of J.L. Davis Realty were the listing brokers representing G.D. Enterprises LLC.

Rachel DiGiammarino of Redstone and Carey Anderson of J.R. Militello Realty Inc. of Buffalo, N.Y., assisted CTG Inc. in leasing 550 square feet of office space at 30 Main St. in Burlington.

The employee assistance program of The Howard Center for Human Services in Burlington announced its merger with Resource Management Consultants, a provider of employee assistance programs throughout New England. The Howard program will take the Resource Management Consultants name. The program will continue to operate out of The Howard Center’s offices on Pine Street.

James Hester, the head of Vermont operations for MVP Health Care, announced MVP’s merger with Preferred Care of Rochester, N.Y. The combined company will retain the name MVP Health Care. Preferred Care, established in 1979, serves more than 265,000 individuals in the greater Rochester region. Its network includes 3,600 physicians and health care professionals. MVP, founded in 1983, has a network of 14,000 physicians and 115 hospitals and insures 550,000 individuals.

Rick Harrison of J.L. Davis Realty was the listing broker in the sale of an 8,938-square-foot office building at 137 Iroquois Ave., Essex Junction, to Secure Financial Services Inc. The seller was 137 Iroquois Avenue LLC. Selling broker was Jeff Nick, also of J.L. Davis.

Linda I. Letourneau of Redstone was the listing broker representing Hillside Properties Inc. in leasing 5,000 square feet of space at Hillside Park, Unit 8, 276 East Allen St., Winooski, to Kick Ice Inc. Warren Palm of Century 21 Jack Associates was the leasing broker.

Tony Blake of V/T Commercial announced that IKON Office Solutions has moved its offices and showroom to 21 Gregory Drive in South Burlington. The 4,792-square-foot space gives the company great customer access and exposure. Blake assisted the tenant and the landlord, Investors Corp. of Vermont.

Rick Harrison of J.L. Davis Realty was the selling broker in the sale of a 10-unit apartment building at 467 St. Paul St. in Burlington. The sellers were Paul and Catherine Handy, and the buyers were Sisters and Brothers LLC. Listing brokers were Jeff Nick, Rick Harrison and Nick Grimley.

Linda I. Letourneau of Redstone was the leasing broker, and Tom Heney of Lang Associates was the listing broker representing Park Place Joint Partnership in the leasing of 3,173 square feet of professional office space at 148-156 College St. in Burlington to Carol Bennett, Karen Sanborn, Mark Honigman, Diane Freiheit, Mary McDowell, Susan Donnis, Tasha Lansbury and Mark Rubin of the Donlan House.

The former Bouyea Fassetts bakery and land at 68 Nesti Drive in South Burlington has been sold to Catamount/Middlebury LLC. Tony Blake of V/T Commercial, exclusive agent for the seller, Charles Freihofer Baking Co. Inc., handled the sale of the 42,688-square-foot facility and the associated 12.21 acres. Principals of the buyer are Doug Nedde and Larry Williams.

Doug Nedde of Redstone was the listing and leasing broker representing the landlord, Incorporated Alumnae of Kappa Alpha Theta, in leasing a 9,700-square-foot dormitory at 215 S. Prospect St. in Burlington. Rachel DiGiammarino of Redstone assisted with the transaction, in which Champlain College has leased the property for use as a co-ed dormitory for international students.

Tony Blake, tenant representative for Unilever USA, announced the signing of a lease for Ben & Jerry’s corporate headquarters in South Burlington. The more than 64,000 square feet will provide the company more efficient and redesigned space for its research and development, human resources, public relations and administrative offices.

Rick Harrison of J.L. Davis Realty was the listing and selling broker in the sale of commercial lots 39 and 40, on Commerce Avenue in South Burlington. The 4.2 acres were sold by John and Joyce Belter; the buyer was LNP Inc.

Gardener’s Supply of Burlington has leased a 140,000-square-foot distribution facility from REM Development Co. at 5 New England Drive in Essex Junction. The facility will consolidate the company’s distribution operations under one roof and provide for future expansion. Before, the company operated centers in Winooski and Georgia.

Linda I. Letourneau and Larry Williams of Redstone were brokers on the lease buyout with Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Inc. and Catamount Shelburne LLC for 3,030 square feet of retail/service space at 4066 Shelburne Road in Shelburne.

Jed Dousevicz of V/T Commercial announced that Mophie Inc., a company that designs accessory equipment for the Apple IPOD, has leased a suite in the Wing Building in Burlington. Dousevicz assisted the landlord, Main Street Landing, and the tenant.

Linda I. Letourneau of Redstone was the leasing broker, and Doug Nedde of Redstone was listing broker representing Thomas Koerner in the leasing of 1,056 square feet of office space at 53 Birchcliff Parkway in Burlington to Windridge Tennis Camps.

Larry Williams of Redstone was the listing and leasing broker representing Catamount Holding Co. in the leasing of 2,500 square feet of commercial space to Windows & Doors by Brownell Inc. The additional square footage will allow the business to expand its operations at 800 Marshall Ave. in Williston. •
