Ryan Dudley was promoted to manager, commercial fitness equipment division, at Earl’s Cyclery and Fitness in South Burlington.

Thomas S. Leavitt, senior vice president, retail banking for Merchants Bank, announced that Jeffrey M. LaBonte, lender/customer representative, was promoted to branch president of the Shelburne Road office in South Burlington. LaBonte also earned the title of assistant vice president. He succeeds Betty Bosma, who has retired.

Seth Duchesneau, the owner of Cobble Hill Trailer Sales LLC in Milton, announced the addition of John Gipson as parts manager. Gipson was with Fleetpride.

John McGinnis, principal broker of McGinnis Real Estate in Shelburne, announced the addition of Barbara Craig and Patti Drew as licensed exclusive buyers’ agents and Cassie Pawul as office manager.

Erik Sandblom, P.E., president of ESPC Civil and Environmental Engineering, announced the company has moved its Vermont office to 368 Avenue D, Suite 15 in Williston. The New York office remains at 1785 Military Turnpike in Plattsburgh. The local phone number is 383-0486.

Elise Annes was named vice president of community relations for the Vermont Land Trust. A recent arrival in Vermont, Annes ran a public affairs consulting company in New Haven, Conn.

SymQuest Group Inc. hired Rob Bromee as network operations center manager. Bromee was with a Delaware firm and has more than 15 years’ experience in computer systems support and management. Joe Lemaire joined the company as network field support engineer. He was with the Computer Task Group. Chris Echo, formerly with OfficeMax, was named sales manager. Brett Lupfer was hired as an account representative. He was a color and prepress specialist at Pre Tech Color. Aaron Olin joined the company as a field service technician.

Sara C. Blum, vice president of PostScript Inc. announced that Emily Bachinski was hired as art director. She was with a Montpelier advertising agency. Also at PostScript, new media director Trisha M. Watson was promoted to creative director. The responsibilities of Tara C. Perkins, director of public relations, have been expanded to business development. Perkins has been with the agency since 2004.

Armistead Caregiver Services announced the appointment of Rod Munn as marketing and outreach coordinator. Munn was in marketing with Agway Energy and Ultramar Energy.

Candelin Wahl has joined Child Care Resource as director of development. She was at Verilux in Waitsfield.

Injury and Health Management Solutions announced the addition of Kim Fuller to its physical therapy team. Fuller was with the Central Vermont Medical Center.

Vermont Federal Credit Union hired Teri Wilson to head its Burlington branch. Wilson was lending operations officer with Southwest Federal Credit Union in Albuquerque, N.M.

Saffire Mortgage Inc. hired Kevin M. Lavery as a mortgage specialist. Lavery was with Aegis Lending Corp.

Bilodeau Wells & Co. announced the addition of Ginda Rasmussen as staff accountant. Rasmussen has more than 20 years’ experience managing financial systems for health care.

Lang Associates announced the addition of Ellen Zdyb to its team of sales professionals. Zdyb has a background in banking and investment. Aleda Dutton has joined Lang’s sales team. She once owned a real estate company and worked for real estate firms in Rutland.

Charles W. Bucknam Jr., president and CEO of Lyndonville Savings Bank, announced that John D. Kelley, branch manager of the Derby office, was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. Kelley has been in the Derby office for 18 months. Tammy L. Jewett was named branch manager of the bank’s Derby office. Jewett has been with the bank since 1986.

 Jennifer Michelle, president of A Little Lingerie Co. LLC, announced that her company has relocated to Fairfax, where it has expanded storage and packing facilities. The phone number is 849-9868. 

Tracey Mancini was promoted to rooms division manager for the Green Mountain Inn in Stowe. She is a recent graduate of Woodbury College; she also earned an associate of hospitality management from Bay State College in Boston. Hiata DeFeo was promoted to director of marketing and sales for Green Mountain Inn and WilloughVale Inn on Lake Willoughby. DeFeo was hotel executive administrator at Green Mountain Inn.

John W. Kelly, president and CEO of Chittenden Bank, announced the hiring of Jan Marinelli as director of community development services. Marinelli was community and economic development coordinator for Sen. James Jeffords.

Champlain Valley Agency on Aging named Sarah Lemnah development and communications director. Lemnah was with the American Cancer Society and has media experience.

Curt Reuschel has joined Breen Systems Management as a solutions consultant for the medical and school vertical markets. He was with a New York City financial group.

HMC Advertising LLC announced the addition of Nicole L’Huillier Fenton as public relations manager. She will also be an account manager for several clients. Fenton was with The Vermont Teddy Bear Co.

Global Market at 325 N. Winooski Ave. in Burlington announced a change of  hours. The café, grill and grocery is no longer serving lunch, but opens for business at 3:30 p.m. and remains open for 14 hours, throughout the night. The shop also offers money transfer service through Western Union.

Robin Lane was hired as a full-time member of the faculty in the e-business management program at Champlain College. Lane was CEO of the software publishing company Microseeds Publishing and CEO of Together Networks Internet service provider.

HMC Advertising LLC announced the addition of Annie Bakst to its staff as assistant creative director. Bakst is the founder of Bakst Design Group.

TD Banknorth Vermont hired Deborah M. Woodbury as account executive for employee benefits with TD Banknorth Insurance Group in Vermont. Woodbury holds a Producer  license in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York.

David F. Finney, president of Champlain College, announced that Melissa Hersh was hired to direct the college’s new Workforce Development Center. Hersh was with the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce and GBIC for 14 years. The college also announced the launching of two new degree programs: an online master of business administration and a bachelor’s degree in electronic game programming.

Michelle R. Wass joined the Vermont Association of Realtors as education and events director. Wass was with the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing.

Tim Rollings, president of the Greater Burlington YMCA, announced the appointment of Bethany M. Eisel as director of member services. She has five years’ experience in YMCA childcare and fitness programs.

Melody Bodette has joined Marketing Partners Inc. as a social marketing writer. She was an English language assistant at Lycee Andre Maurois in Elbeuf, France. Warren Schultz was named public relations associate. He has served as editor and writer for national magazines.

Eating Well Inc. announced the appointment of Thomas Witschi as chief executive officer. Witschi has held several senior magazine positions, including vice president-international publisher for the Reader’s Digest Association.

Bilodeau Wells & Co. announced the addition of Lainie Fader, CPA, as accounting and tax manager. Fader was with Sirius Satellite Radio.

Redstone commercial real estate has hired Matthew S. Andrews as chief financial officer. Andrews has experience in financial and project management for national and international businesses.
