Quilliam has 10 years’ industry experience, including the operation of his own property maintenance business. Justin Driscoll was hired as property manager. He shares in the management of the portfolio of commercial properties owned by Redstone and third parties. Invest Employee Assistance Program announced the addition of Kathleen Martin as manager of account services and the transition of Karre Paterson into the role of program developer. Martin was with a Lancaster, Pa., firm. Pat Sears joined Green Mountain Logic as marketing director. She has 25 years’ experience, most recently as marketing director for Northfield Savings Bank. The Champlain Valley Agency on Aging hired three employees. Frank Weidman was named finance director. Weidman was a staff accounting with Fletcher Allen Health Care. Rebecca Grenier is a case manager for Chittenden County. She was with Spectrum Youth and Family Services in Burlington. Kelly Carr is a case manager for Addison County. She was with Helen Porter Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. Langrock Sperry & Wool LLP announced the addition of a new associate, Erin E. Ruble, in its Middlebury office. Ruble joined the firm after an internship with the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and a clerkship with the Hon. William Wayne Justice, U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas. Alison Cole-Hadley joined the Vermont Mutual Insurance Group in Montpelier as a claims representative. Cole-Hadley is new to the insurance industry, having been previously employed in small and solo law practices. SilverLake Wealth Management announced the addition of Thomas J. Golonka, CFA, CFP, as managing partner. Golonka was with Wachovia Securities private client group for 12 years. He specializes in portfolio management and advanced planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and corporations. Hampton Direct importing and distribution firm announced two new hires. Amy Chmielewski was named accounts payable/accounts receivable coordinator. She was with HCI/Craftsman in Winooski. Jenny Chin joined the company as a sourcing assistant for new product development. Joe Finnigan, president and CEO of the Vermont Federal Credit Union, announced the relocation of the bank’s downtown branch in St. Albans to the St. Albans Shopping Center on Main Street. Rick Milliken, general manager of the DoubleTree Hotel Burlington, announced the promotion of Brent Farrell to assistant general manager. Farrell joined the hotel in 2000. Michelle LaJoice joined Green Mountain Logic as sales manager. LaJoice was in sales for Health Enhancement Services and Advanced Biomedical Consulting. Dan Cox, president of Coffee Enterprises, announced the promotion of Chris Hallien to the position of vice president. Hallien was manager of coffee operations. Chittenden announced several staff changes. Gary Gibbs was promoted to vice president and senior portfolio manager for wealth management. He has been with the bank since 2000. Mary Santor was promoted to vice president of the captive insurance division. She joined the bank in 1983. Barbara Yanke, mortgage loan officer, was promoted to banking officer. Yanke has been with the bank since 2001. Patrick Murtagh was named market manager of the Dorset Street office in South Burlington. He joined the bank in 1997 in the Montpelier office. Leslie Morey was hired as a wealth management officer at the Brattleboro office. She has also been named banking officer. Morey has 20 years’ experience as a financial planner. Saffire Mortgage announced that Kevin Lavery was promoted to director of sales. The company also announced that Joy S. Longe was hired as a home loan specialist. She was the owner of Welcome Home of Essex Junction. Leandre Waldo-Johnson was hired by Opportunities Credit Union to promote its Independence Fund across Vermont.
